**Responsibilities**:

- Realize that business is built on customer satisfaction and devote himself/herself to guaranteeing the satisfaction of customers.
- Determine each customer’s vehicle needs by asking questions and listening.
- Demonstrate vehicles (including test drives).
- Report to the vehicle Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
- Keep abreast of incoming inventory, features, accessories, etc., and how they benefit customers.
- Work with the service department and body shop to ensure that vehicles are reconditioned as expected and on schedule.
- Attend sales meetings and training offered by the dealership and the manufacturer.
- Maintain an owner follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business.
- Review and analyze actions at the end of each day, week, month, and year to determine how to better utilize time and plan more effectively.
- Introduce customers to service department personnel to emphasize to them the quality and efficiency of service repairs and maintenance available in the dealership’s service department.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous retail sales or customer service experience preferred
- Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday
- Outgoing and friendly, especially while handling objections
- Quality customer service skills and sales track record
- Strong communication skills, in-person and over the phone
- Persuasive and able to overcome customer objections during the sales process
- Focuses on the customer’s needs to enhance dealership and personal sales
- Eager to learn dealership best practices and advance customer service skills
- Ready to hit the ground running on learning new products in and out

The Scott dealerships have been family owned and operated since 1929. We serve our customers in Downingtown, Exton, Main Line, King of Prussia, Pottstown, Delaware County, and surrounding areas.

Pay: $42,488.15 - $143,052.74 per year
