**What You'll Do**:
- ** Lead and Motivate**: Inspire and empower our sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets through effective leadership, coaching, and mentorship.
- ** Strategize and Execute**: Develop comprehensive sales strategies and initiatives to drive revenue growth and market penetration in the solar and vinyl window sectors.
- ** Customer Relationship Management**: Foster strong relationships with clients, providing expert consultation and guidance to meet their energy needs and enhance their homes.
- ** Team Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, and customer service to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and exceptional customer experiences.
