ITL Solutions is searching for a new member to join our team as a Program Manager for our Navy contracts and programs who is excited and committed to supporting the US Navy.

ITL Solutions is a fast-growing ISO 9001:2015 certified Defense Contractor who supports our customers in the Maritime and Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear (CBRN) sectors. We are searching for a new member of our team to manage our Navy programs and projects who will engage with customers and vendors to ensure end users get the right solutions for their problems.

The role will work to directly with the U.S. Navy Fleet customers on ships, aircraft carriers and submarines while also engaging with Engineering Activities such as NAVSEA and Logistics Activities such as NAVSUP and DLA.

Essential Job Responsibilities
- Manages current Navy programs and projects for the company and supports quoting and proposal development of potential future projects.
- Engages with customers to determine growth areas and
- Works with the sales department to ensure accurate and timely quotes are provided to customers.
- Works with closely with accounting and purchasing departments for accurate material purchasing and invoicing for programs and projects.
- Ensures work environments are adequate and safe.
- Ensures customer and supplier satisfaction remain high.
- Projects a positive image of the organization to employees, customers, industry, and community.
- Develop solutions to internal and customer problems and has the ability and understanding of details to present on behalf of any element and make decisions which are best for the company.
- Able to handle Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) and Export Controlled (EAR and ITAR) Information.
- Interested in solving problems.
- Other duties as prescribed.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

- Knowledge of Federal Government Contracting with a specific focus on U.S. Navy, NAVSEA, NAVSUP, and DLA requirements.
- Knowledge of FAR and DFARS clauses.
- Understanding of Department of Defense Programs of Record and Program Offices.
- Familiarity with NSNs, Military Standards, Labeling and Packaging.
- Operational knowledge of and practical use of the Microsoft Office Suite, preferably MS word and excel and the knowledge of and practical use of the Internet.
- AS9100/ISO 9001: 2015 Quality Systems.
- A Valid Drivers’ license.
- Ability to gain access to and drive aboard Federal Government /Military Installations.
- Ability to lift 40 pounds
- Attention to Detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Background and reference checks will be conducted and ethics is part of annual performance appraisals.
- Willingness to learn

Pay: $80,247.00 - $148,927.00 per year
