The barista position is on the front line creating & delivering memorable experiences in our lively, busy, beautiful locations.
Better Buzz Coffee is a San Diego-based business that has been helping people get _BUZZED_ since 2002
This full-time barista job will pay $20.00/hour + tips that historically average around $5 dollars extra per hour.
This premium pay is**_ only_** for those that can commit to a consistent, 34+ hour work week and maintain this consistent schedule.
**Our Baristas can**:

**Responsibilities**:
- Deliver the Better Buzz experience, fast and friendly service, with a community approach to coffee.
- Be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about coffee, tea, drink preparation, food items, and products.
- Prepare and serve beverages and food items consistently by adhering to all recipe standards.
- Assist with setup, cleanup, stock work, and special tasks.
- Maintain a clean and inviting store environment for guests and team members.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in fast paced food service/hospitality preferred.
- Previous fast paced coffee experience preferred.
- Cooking experience a definite plus.
- Guest service focused, solution oriented, collaborative, and value team work.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with guests and coworkers.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on store needs.
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays, as these are our busiest days.
- Must have full time availability, maintain a 34+ hour work week, & be able to work weekends and holidays
