Audio/video Technician

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience, with experience in c-suite interaction being advantageous.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in operating, maintaining, and upgrading video conferencing equipment and infrastructure.
- Skilled in utilizing ServiceNow for incident tracking, service tickets, and change requests.
- Basic understanding of networking and network protocols.
- Familiarity with video infrastructure and endpoint equipment such as Cisco CUCM, TMS, Expressways, Poly DMA, RMX, etc.
- Capable of troubleshooting and resolving video conferencing and event service incidents, including hardware/software issues and RMA’s.
- Experience with Zoom, Teams, WebEx, and other industry-standard meeting platforms.
- Competent in scheduling, setting up, and disconnecting video conferences for internal and external meetings, and working with third-party vendors for issue resolution and root cause analysis, while adhering to SLAs to maintain maximum uptime for the video conferencing environment and event services.

Pay: Up to $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
