**Come join our Brookdale Sun Prairie team**
As a Caregiver for our Brookdale Sun Prairie community, you are a key member of an amazing team, enhancing the lives of our residents. By providing consistent and quality care, our caregiving team ensures our residents live meaningful life. Brookdale Sun Prairie is a 20 bed Memory Care Facility. We are looking for a caregiver that is a team player, good communication skills, dependable, and enjoys working with the elderly population.
**Early Access to Paycheck with Earned Wage Access is available for Hourly Associates (outside of CA)**
**Available shift**:
**PRN**
**Shift Differentials-**
- **Afternoon Shift $1.00**:
- **Overnight Shift $1.50**:
- **Weekend Differentials-$2.00**
**Responsibilities**:
- Caregivers provide direct care to residents, recognize individual needs, encourage independence and treat each senior with respect and dignity.
- You will assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming and other personal care needs, as well as help residents with vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, mopping and dishes.
- Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
- Based on state regulation, completion of training/certification may be required.

Salary Range Information: $16.00 - $16.47 / hour
