Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members
- Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Provide general information to visitors and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Assist with event planning and coordination as needed

**Experience**:

- Previous experience working in a dental office is a plus
- Strong customer support skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Experience with order entry and inventory management systems
- Ability to assist with personal assistant tasks such as travel arrangements or appointment scheduling
- Project coordination skills to assist with various ongoing initiatives
- Transcription skills for documenting meetings or important conversations

**Requirements**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and demeanor at all times
