We are looking for a person who has a passion for fashion as means for driving equality. The role is currently a part-time W2 position but has the potential to be a full-time opportunity based on excellent performance and fit for the company.

**Time & Pay**
- Part-time role 15-20 hours per week at $20 per hour
- 50/50 work from home or at West Hollywood showroom office

**Desired Skills**:

- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- Experience with event coordination is a plus

- Committed to learning and managing communications with Designers (4) in various locations in US
- Experience with interacting and assisting diversely identified and modern clients
- Efficiency in Data Entry

- Access to a car, there will be need to assist in transporting clothing (pick-ups and drop-offs)

**Responsibilities**:

- Good professional support and assistance for Creative Director and Designers (4)
- Assist design ambassadors and clients to ensure seamless collaboration
- Create and issue contracts to clients and partners
- Manage reimbursements for tailoring expenses
- Assist in resolving any issues with clients and designers
- Organize and oversee upcoming events
- Maintain and manage important documents and SOPs
- Compose and distribute press materials, such as press releases and media advisories
- Attend regular one-on-one meetings with the CEO and Design Leads
- Attend bi-weekly meetings with the Design Ambassador team

**Systems/Applications**:

- DocuSign administration
- Microsoft Office and Google Docs skills
- Google Mail and canned responses, Google Calendar
- Square POS and access administration
- Any client relationship management (CRM) system order entry and reporting
- Webflow.io or website word press experience (optional)

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week
