We are looking for a motivated and results driven Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth and expanding our client base by selling marketing agency packages. This is a great opportunity for an individual with a passion for sales and marketing to make a difference and grow in their career.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Independent lead generation and sales of agency services (Branding, Digital Marketing packages including Social Media, SEO, PPC as well as Web development);
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and expand market share;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients to understand their business needs and effectively communicate the value proposition of our services;
- Work closely with the Creative Director on pitching new clients and prospects;
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions and proposals that meet client objectives;
- Manage the sales process from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing, ensuring a seamless transition to the account management team;
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to position our services effectively in the market.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field;
Understanding of digital tools for website promotion and lead generation;
Minimum 1 year of experience in digital services sales;
**Skills**

Strong communication and presentation skills, ability to present complex concepts clearly and persuasively;
Demonstrated ability to build rapport and gain the trust of key decision makers;
Experience using CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) to manage leads and track sales activity;
Self-motivated and driven to achieve goals;
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

**Experience working in a Digital agency with SEO and PPC, will be an advantage**
