Service Advisor - Job Description:
Assists Customers via our Service Drive to ensure the timely completion of their maintenance and repairs. Coordinates as the liaison between the Customer, Service Management, warranty companies, Warranty Administrator, Business Development Center, Parts Department and Technicians. Ensures that each and every customer receives an EXTRAORDINARY Experience at our facility, balanced with an opportunity to maximize sales, gross, and profits for the organization. Superior communication and customer service skills are required.

Service Advisor - Job Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

- Greet customers when they arrive
- Determine vehicle needs based on customer information via a vehicle walk-around, inspection and potentially test drive
- Use store sales process to provide recommendations to customers for on-going service and maintenance of their vehicle
- Produce repair orders for customers, which includes cost and time estimates of completion
- Maintain consistent communication with customers
- Maintain consistent communication with technicians and parts department
- Follow up with customers during work in progress
- Follow up with customers to ensure EXTRAORDINARY experience
- Drive customers cars to/from parking areas, technician areas, test drives
- Collect and cashier payment from customer
- Coordinate with OEM and Warranty companies for customer coverage of repaired items
- Coordinate with Business Development Center to ensure appointments are set
- Confirm and prepare for appointments with customers to ensure they have an EXTRAORDINARY Experience
- Meet or exceed sales goals & overall Customer Satisfaction targets

Service Advisor - Job Requirements:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to hit sales quotas and metrics
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Must be willing to submit to a drug screen prior to employment
- Must have a clean & valid driver’s license

Pay Scale

The Service Advisor has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of $16.00. The position may also pay commission compensation which is based on the value or amount of closed sales achieved from $0.00 (if no sales are made) without any upper limit other than sales performance. The position also may also pay a production bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit.

Pay: $16.00 per hour
