**Primary Responsibilities may include the following**:

- Supervisor on-site personnel and company initiatives
- Promote safety thru training and coaching
- Develop and maintain excellent customer relationships and service
- Develop and maintain effective business relationships with key plant personnel.
- Establish and lead collaborative meetings with customer to discuss program successes and review opportunities for improvements
- Manage KPI’s, metrics and contractual requirements
- Track and manage contractual KPI’s and commitments related to spend, cost savings, inventory, etc.
- Utilize financial data to analyze potential impacts in customer CPU, if required
- Prepare and control operational budgets for customer spend, if required
- Work with on-site personnel on late shipments and internal AR requirements
- Manage customer supply chain, Inventory and corporate expectations
- Develop and maintain effective business relationships with vendors, suppliers and tooling manufacturers
- Perform inventory analysis and make stocking level recommendations
- Work with vendors on issues and improvements for our responsible areas
- First time quality and tracking
- Testing and validating improvements
- Streamline supply chain and prioritize uptime for customer while operating in a lean fashion
- Track and resolve tooling/MRO shortages ahead of customer impact
- Support root cause analysis as needed
- Manage MRO/tooling vending machine program
- Manage consigned material process to contractual requirements
- **Coordinate projects and communicate findings in support of a multifunctional team.**
- Develop, test, and implement tool improvements to yield cost savings for end user
- Work closely with customer engineering department to support tooling alterations related to process or part changes
- Review all premature tooling (items not achieving targeted life) and perform root cause analysis
- Drive scrap reduction and improve machining up-time for customer
- Host customer meetings in support of shared goals
- Work with Manufacturers on Tooling improvement and problem resolution
- Utilize and continually improve electronic documentation such as:

- Premature tool logs
- Tool testing proposals (open project summary, cost savings database entries)
- Tooling prints (verification of required detail and design relative to intent)
- Plan for Every Part (PFEP)
- Scrap logs
- Support the following PSMI/Customer Metrics
- A/R Days Outstanding
- Inventory Turns
- Open Orders
- Profitability
- Delivery
- Employee Action Decks
- Cutter replenishment process
- Vending replenishment process

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience
- Preferred background in cutting tools, CNC machining, engineering, project management
- Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, with an emphasis on Excel
- Must be able to travel on occasionally for training and to support other sites as necessary.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
