**What You’ll Get to Do**:
As the CACI-SOAS DTRA DA C-UAS Task Lead, you will to lead a dynamic team of C-UAS Operations Analysts, who conduct data analysis of specialized C-UAS threat systems’ data to assist with Department of Defense (DoD) Force Protection (FP) efforts to understand, minimize and mitigate the threat posed by Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) against critical infrastructure, locations, assets and personnel.
As required, you will interact directly with the DoD client (DTRA) to develop comprehensive analytical products for supported DoD customers that inform a variety of activities to protect critical infrastructure, providing an enhanced risk picture for DoD that enables and informs risk-based decision making for force protection efforts of possible UAS threat activity against installations, assets and personnel.
It is critical to develop and foster a culture of innovation and creative ideas to solve complex problems, both technical and procedural at the team, task and program levels. It is crucial that you must be able to be adaptable and work constructively with a technically diverse team.
**More About the Role**:
You will work closely with members of your team to identify capabilities and vulnerabilities of UAS systems that could attack critical infrastructure; identify trends, patterns, and highlight vulnerabilities that could be exploited to defeat them.
Other duties include but are not limited to:
- Your overall primary job responsibility consists of project oversight, management, and execution of contract requirements.
- Plan, direct, coordinate and manage daily operations, and plan the use of materials and human resources.
- Responsible for support of program business and functional operations.
- Identifying and facilitating resolution of operational issues and acting as a liaison between technical and functional areas.
- May support the Functional and Program Manager(s) in planning and monitoring the project and program activities.
- Prepare deliverables (reports, responses, briefings, etc.) tailored to support and meet contract requirements.
- Must be a self-starter, capable of working with mínimal oversight and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Works with CACI program manager and DoD customers to capture requirements and develop processes that ensure product development and meet delivery requirements.
- Assist in preparation of monthly owner project status reports, as required.
- Attend project meetings as assigned.
- Serve as the primary liaison between CACI and the DoD customer for assigned project(s), providing project and technical guidance, managing technical staff and provide financial management for assigned project(s).
- Working with the Functional/ Program Manager(s) and financial team to develop and revise rough order of magnitude (ROM) estimates and provide current and historical data for services.
- Responsible for the technical performance of assigned project(s) while assuring product delivery to the customer in accordance with budget and schedule requirements.
**You’ll Bring These Qualifications**:
- Active Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information (SCI) Security Clearance.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 10+ years of related experience.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in a project management position.
- Initiate, supervise, and/or develop requirements from a project’s inception to conclusion for complex to extremely complex programs.
- Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently.
- Provide strategic advice, technical guidance and expertise to program and project staff.
- Provide detailed analysis, evaluation and recommendations for improvements, optimization development, and/or maintenance efforts for client-specific or mission critical challenges/issues.
- Consult with the client to define need or problem supervises studies and leads surveys to collect and analyze data to provide advice and recommend solutions.

- Expert understanding of unmanned aerial systems with specific emphasis on Groups 1-3 Small Unmanned Aerial Systems (sUAS), their capabilities, technical performance, and operational employment.
- Understanding of MS Office, Excel, SQL, PowerBI and other data visualization tools and big-data analytic techniques for structured and unstructured data.
- Knowledge of the client’s organization (DTRA), their mission, and their supported partners/customers.
