Summary

Looking for an energetic individual who has experience with Micorsoft Excel, meeting month end deadlines, one that can work successfully individually, and as part of a team.

Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities
- Submit established rebates to vendors for reimbursement
- Pull specification sheets and verify products are listed
- Track progress of rebates with utility companies and vendors
- Process incoming rebate payments for disbursement
- Prepare reports to track rebates..
- Communicate with other departments regarding needs and status of rebates.
- Submitting rebates to OEM
- Maintaining rebate information from OEM
- Maintaining and reconciling rebate schedules
- Reviewing rebate receivables with Office Manager

High School Diploma or equivalent
1 yr. Accounts Payable/ Administration/ and or Clerical Receiving
Ability to multi-task and to work effectively in a very fast-paced environment.
Ability to work full time or overtime, if necessary.
