About the Role

Cognizant is seeking a highly skilled Membership and Contract Validation Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end contract management and rebate payment administration processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and validate new customer set-ups in MODEL N FLEX, ensuring accurate Classes of Trade and member eligibility for downstream reporting and sales segment analysis.
  • Collaborate with the Contracts, Pricing, and Rebates group to implement and maintain brand/generic contracts and rebates in MODEL N FLEX.
  • Provide sales analytics on customers and Classes of Trade for Sales Segment reporting, supporting management in achieving brand/generic sales targets.
  • Support the group lead/manager with backup responsibilities and other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Proficient in determining Class of Trade assignments and 340B review.
  • Experience with MODEL N FLEX and Excel, including pivot tables and V-lookups.
  • Ability to work independently and with a team, with good verbal and written communication skills.
