Responsibilities include:

- Review and post daily/monthly manufacturing accounting entries includes sales, costs of goods sold, and variances
- Track, analyze, and report on costs of goods sold on a monthly and annual basis.
- Support engineering, inventory, and production departments
- Audit inventory movement/adjustments daily.
- Calculate labor and overhead rates of goods for sale.
- Analyze and report direct and indirect labor monthly
- Complete estimated vs actual by work order
- Complete new product profit analysis and determine gross margin
- Assists in implementing budgets and reporting expense variances.
- Assist with a 5-day close.
- Perform account reconciliations and intercompany transactions.
- Report key performance indicators monthly.
- Education and Experience:
Bachelor of Science degree in accounting: 3+ years cost accounting experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Knowledge of ERP systems.

Prioritize responsibilities by using multitasking and time-management skills.

Able to effectively communicate both written and verbal.

Salary is negotiable depending on experience.

Monday - Friday 7:30-4:00

40 hours a week
