Host/hostess - Nutritional Services

Responsible for effectively communicating with patients, staff, and guests of the hospital to ensure accuracy and timelines of patient meal trays and floor stock.
- Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, delivering meal carts to patient units, aiding in the meal set-up at bedside, discarding of soiled trays, taking inventory of nourishment area and accurately operating technical equipment.
- Responsible for sanitation activities, including dishware, equipment cleaning, and janitorial tasks.
**Job Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous food service experience preferred
- Computer experience required
**FTE Status:.6 (48 hrs/bi-weekly) **or.2 (16 hrs/bi-weekly) M-F **Days/Evening **with Holiday and weekend rotation**
**Shift 6:00a-2:30p and/or 10:30a-7:00p
