Warehouse Floater

**Primary Duties**:

- Fills in temporarily for any vacant Material Handler or Receiver positions.
- Pulls material and stage to proper location.
- Loads and unloads material.
- Receives material on the inbound dock.
- Ensures that every material move is accompanied by an accurate and confirmed transaction with scanner/tablet.
- Ensures proper material handling and packaging to meet quality standards.
- Utilizes overhead crane operation
- Operates (be certified for) a sit down forklift as well as an order-picker.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

**Additional Duties**:

- Works efficiently to achieve or exceed performance targets for velocity, quality and cost.
- Understands and follow all ISO and 5S initiatives.
- Participates in proactive team efforts to achieve department and company goals.
- Provides leadership to others through example and sharing of knowledge/skill.
- Complies with all safety policies, practices and procedures and reports all unsafe activities to supervisor and/or Human Resources.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience operating a counter balance forklift.
- Six months experience in 3PL warehousing; prefer two years’ experience in 3PL environment
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

- **Shift**: 1st Shift | 7 am - 3:30 PM
- **Pay Range**: $17 - $19 / hour

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
