Records Specialist

**Responsibilities**:

- ** Document Compliance**:Track important compliance dates for various documents, esuring that they are completed and submitted on time to the appropriate entity. This includes 45-day screeners and student census data.
- ** Document Preparation**:Create requested documents, ensuring they are accurate and completed promptly. This includes creating departmental documents and documents according to regulatory agencies.
- ** Record Keeping**: Enter data into databases, maintain records, and organize files, especially student records. Handle sensitive and confidential student information and documents with fidelity.
- ** Maintenance**:Continually audit files and systems for compliance, accuracy, and content appropriate to each individual student.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Basic Function

The Records Specialist’s efficacy and success will be measured by the timely initiation and collection of student records within a 10-business day window as maintained in the Student Information System (SIS). The Key Performance Indicator (KPI) in determining success is a 98% accuracy rate for collecting the required student records as measured by the Student Comprehensive Information Report.
