**Shop Floor Associate**

Ammunition Storage Components LLC or "ASC" is the premier manufacturer and supplier of AR-15 magazines.

We currently provide different capacities of Aluminum and Stainless Steel AR-15 magazines in.223 / 5.56, 6.8 SPC, 6.5 Grendel,.308, 7.62 X 39, 5.45 X 39 and 9mm for the AR15, M-16, and M-4 family of rifle.

**Reports to**:Production Supervisor

**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**

Coordinates cycle counts between multiple internal sections with Management according to pre-determined schedule.

Pick and Pack Orders for Retail Customers following State Regulations.

Pick and Pack Orders for Distribution shipping Ground or Freight LTL.

Monitor inventory of parts, supplies and packaging materials.

Receive Inventory by performing physical counts and comparing to packing slip while logging receipts into multiple ERP Systems.

Maintain Organization of Consignment Inventory through cycle counts and weekly cleanup.

Complete Daily Inventory entries into ERP System to ensure inventory accuracy.

Communicate with Accounting for Shipping Restrictions based on Customer terms.

Preserve inventory integrity by maintaining and updating inventory locations.

Perform data backups in the form of monthly exports.

Maintain a clean and functionable work space.

Participate and suggest change to procedures that can improve accuracy and efficiency.

Willingness to work with shop personnel to induct incoming parts and aid in the expeditious shipment of critical parts.

Must have basic computer skills including but not limited to the use of Microsoft office and other programs.

Performs other related duties or responsibilities as requested or required, whether or not specifically mentioned in this job description.

Regular and predictable attendance.

Participate in regular training and training across departments as required.

Communicates with co-workers, colleagues and Supervisors to receive instructions and/or guidance and coordinate activities.

Must be able to work independently and efficiently to meet daily production requirements/goals.

Completes required company paperwork on assembled parts activity.

Adhere to standards of safety and housekeeping as established.

**Physical Demands**:
Must be able to perform physical duties and be able to stand, walk, push, pull reach overhead and bend to the floor.

Must be able to lift, push, or pull at least 50 lbs.

Regularly required to sit, stand, reach, bend, and move about our facility

**Requirements**:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED).

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.

Must be a “US Person” as defined by US Government and able to work without restriction with ITAR related data.

Must be able to read, write, understand, and speak English at a functional level.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
