**Compensation**:
$60,000 - $70,000 yearly

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage executives' calendars and schedules, including arranging appointments, meetings, and travel itineraries
- Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and reports
- Act as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Flexibility with working hours, as some overtime or occasional evening/weekend work may be required
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Take minutes during meetings
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree required
- Strong organizational skills and time management skills
- Skilled at posting openings online and using a variety of tools and services
- Proficient in excel and Microsoft word
- Problem solver and Action-taker
- Positive attitude
- Proficient with social media, to be able to respond to all of my notifications and able to take photos and videos
- Has to have experience working in a high pace environment
