We are currently looking for a Warehouse Production Operator to join our team. This person will primarily assist in building kits and other component-based products needed to fulfill orders in a timely manner.

**Responsibilities**
- Follow company procedures and directives.
- Test finished products for defects.
- Discern quality of parts and materials used in production.
- Inventory parts and tools used in the assembling process.
- Maintain the tools used to create products.
- Keep a clean and well-maintained workspace.
- Able to use tools and equipment assigned for shipping & receiving department.
- Must be able to multi-task and follow directions.
- Needs to be self-motivated and able to work independently as well as with the team.
- Replenish picking and production areas.
- Receive and unload container shipments in a timely manner.
- Maintain safe and clean work environment by organizing shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat.
- Able to operate an electric pallet jack and/or forklift.
- Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves or in bins according to organizational standards
- Assist in performing cycle counts and physical inventory.
- Process returns both physically and systematically.
- Confers with department manager to ensure coordination of warehouse activities with activities of other functions such as production, sales and purchasing.
- Ability to follow works orders to build custom tools kits for customers' orders.
- Perform all necessary functions of warehouse as directed by manager.

**Qualifications**
- High School diploma
- Minimum physical requirements with lifting: 50 lb. capability
- Follow technical instructions, interpret engineering blueprints and technical terms.
- Discern quality of parts and materials used in production.
- Inventory parts and tools used in the assembling process.
- Follow company procedures and directives.
- Test finished products for defects.
- Maintain the tools used to create products.
- Keep a clean and well-maintained workspace.
