**Position Overview**:The Leasing Administrator will report to the Senior VP, Leasing and provide administrative support to three (3) leasing directors and Senior VP in connection with 30 owned and managed properties. The Leasing Administrator must balance multiple duties, prioritize work and be courteous and responsive with brokers, tenants and vendors. Efficiency and attention to detail are critical.

Responsibilities: The Leasing Administrator will work on leasing and related matters both internally (with Senior VP, leasing directors, property management, accounting, construction and asset management) and externally (with tenants, brokers, architects and vendors). Duties and responsibilities of the Leasing Administrator include:

- New Leases ? Prepare initial drafts of leases, subleases and assignments; track leasing activity in VTS and Avid; coordinate lease executions in DocuSign.
- Lease Renewals ? Draft proposals based on lease terms provided by leasing directors; prepare and/or review initial drafts of lease amendments; track lease expirations on a rolling 18 month basis for internal reports.
- Lease Summaries & Execution ? prepare summaries of new and renewal leases for internal approval process, including some basic excel spreadsheet calculations, run credit checks, communicate with tenants about process, facilitate and expedite lease signings, and use Avid for lease approvals and DocuSign for lease execution.
- Broker Activities ? Coordinate weekly broker leasing meetings; communicate with brokers as needed; prepare listing agreements, commission agreements and termination letters; develop positive relationships with brokers to advance leasing objectives; review invoices and ensure commissions are promptly paid through Avid automated invoice payment system.
- Leasing Reports, Files and Databases ? Maintain, update and improve leasing files and databases (_e.g.,_ leasing memo, broker memo and space plans); review and audit existing leases as needed.
- Leasing Meetings ? Coordinate monthly leasing meetings; communicate leasing activity to other departments in the company as needed.
- Marketing ? Prepare and coordinate internal advertising materials; participate in marketing efforts and broker functions as needed.
- Other related administrative duties as required and assigned by the Senior VP, Leasing, leasing directors and executive team.
