Office Manager

The **Auto Shop Office Manager** is responsible for the general operation of the office. Duties involve receiving and distributing communications, maintaining supplies and equipment, invoicing and posting payments, managing service tickets, scheduling vehicle maintenance, and corresponding with leadership and vendors.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer incoming phone calls and inquiries
- Order and receive parts
- Handle and control inventory and invoices
- Schedule and track vehicle maintenance requests and inspections
- Complete and file repair and inspection reports
- Track mileage reports/engine hours
- Work with Quickbooks as Microsoft Excel and Word documents
- Other duties and assistance as assigned
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong data entry and multitasking skills
- Proactive problem solving skills with client empathy at the forefront
- Ability to work as part of a team, set goals, and prioritize work
- Proficiency in Quickbooks as well as Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to pass drug test and criminal background check
- Previous working knowledge in the automotive service industry very helpful
Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
