**Automotive Aftermarket Sales & Delivery Specialist**

**Job Responsibilities - Automotive Aftermarket Sales & Delivery Specialist**:

- This is not a Finance Manager position
- Be able to verify all electronically stored information is accurate to complete a vehicle delivery
- Explain to customers all manufacturer warranties along with Manufacturer extended service contracts - All add on products we offer are manufacturer backed for customer satisfaction.
- Have the ability to use customer assessment tool to identify overall customer needs
- **Present an electronic menu (Darwin) to every customer offering manufacturer backed products such as Extended Service contracts, GAP insurance, Maintenance Contracts, Tire and Wheel Protection and Hyundai sponsored vehicle accessories**:

- Collaborate with staff to prepare, print and electronically capture customer signatures to complete delivery documentation
- Clearly explain all aspects of a customer's purchase ensuring 100% satisfaction at the time of delivery
- Process finance and leasing documentation accurately in order to obtain timely vehicle registrations for customers while complying with all government regulations
- Collaborate with Sales Management team to complete timely vehicle deliveries
- Track and collect all manufacturer and state rebates (MOR-EV) - collaborating with accounting office
- Upload required documentation to financial institutions for loan funding
- Complete vehicle reporting to manufacturer
- Perform daily follow up on active and prior customers - we need to actively engage with our customer base - there are opportunities everywhere and we can't just wait for the customers to come in
- Collaborate with the dealership Registration Administrator to verify insurance and registration process for all customers
- Enthusiastic attitude to maintain positive employee moral

**Requirements - After Sale Manager**:

- At least 2 years’ automotive sales experience
- Possess knowledge of the documentation process in the purchase of vehicle
- Be highly organized in preparing and assembling all required documentation to deliver a vehicle
- Ability to work and communicate effectively with the entire staff
- Display personal confidence and completely ethical interactions with all customers
- Understand and comply with federal/state/local regulations which affect the new/used vehicle purchase
- Professional appearance and strong communications skills
- Computer skills - CDK, Dealertrack and Route One are preferred
- Team-oriented, Can do, proactive attitude
- Always ready to help with any situation
- Valid U.S. driver's license with safe driving record
- Must pass pre-employment testing to include MVR and drug screening.

**Schedule**
- This is a 5 day work week position. We do not work holidays or Sundays. We will not call you on your day off - your time off is just that - your time off. When you are at work, we expect you to fulfill your job responsibilities.
