**SCHEDULE**: 1st Shift; Monday through Friday; 7am - 3:30pm

**$500 Sign-On Bonus**

The **Maintenance Technician** will support the Facilities Manager in the daily operation of the Distribution Center in Littleton. This position will be responsible for performing conveyor systems maintenance and repairs. Responsibilities will also include maintaining appropriate inventory parts for equipment, personal protection supplies, lighting supplies and disposal, and general maintenance supplies. Will also be responsible for maintaining and updating Material Safety Data sheets for entire facility.
- **Responsibilities**_
- Assist the Facilities Manager monitoring equipment supply needs and ordering as needed
- Assist the Facilities Manager monitoring Safety Personal Protection supplies and ordering as needed
- Assist the Facilities Manager monitoring general maintenance supplies and ordering as needed
- Ensure that all Material Safety Data sheets are updated on an ongoing basis, organized, and available to all appropriate personnel as needed
- Monitor lighting, replace as needed, ensure proper disposal, and maintain appropriate inventory level
- Ensure proper preventative maintenance is scheduled on all equipment
- Changing motor drives and/or belts on equipment as needed
- Assist with work orders assigned to Building Services team
- Assist other staff members as needed
- Other duties as assigned by management
- **Requirements**_
- Able to use a variety of power tools and related equipment along with possessing a necessary level of general plumbing and carpentry skills; general electrical knowledge is a plus.
- Familiar with LockOut/TagOut
- Procedures as well as other general safety guidelines and compliance.
- One year certificate from college or technical school; or six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

You'll also need to be able to:

- Lift up to 40 pounds
- Push and pull up to 60 pounds
