Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Medical Sales Representative to join our team. Since we are still establishing our Southern California territory for our company, this position requires multiple onsite visits to various potential customers daily and also calling prospective customers as well. The pay is $20-$25 an hour with a commission of 10 percent of each sale paid out every two weeks after a sale is finalized (there is no cap on the amount of sales commission you can earn). Must have own car, cellphone, and laptop. Car and gas reimbursement, along with a cell phone monthly allowance. It is also important to know that our company provides maintenance services, repairs, and service contracts on used medical equipment and our main customers are Doctors Offices, Dental Offices, and Veterinarian offices. We do work with various vendors to offer new medical equipment as well. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities in person and maintaining relationships with existing clients when they have been established. Your goal will be to meet and exceed sales targets while providing exceptional customer service.

**Duties**:

- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and networking, and in person sales pitches.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and their needs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business goals and challenges
- Present product demonstrations and proposals to potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful implementation of solutions
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in outside sales or business development
- Strong ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using Salesforce or similar CRM software
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- Technical sales experience in the technology industry is preferred
