Human Resources Coordinator

Prepare and send offer letters and other benefit details to new employees.
- Ensure that new hire documents are completed accurately.
- Coordinate onboarding for all new hires.
- Complete Forms I-9, verify I-9 documentation and I-9 files.
- Conduct compliance audits.
- Create and maintain employee files.
- Coordinate off-boarding of terminating employees. Ensure that all company property is returned.
- Assist with weekly payroll.
**Requirements**:
- Proficiency using Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel is required.
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
- Payroll experience a plus.
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
License/Certification:
- Professional In Human Resources (preferred)
Ability to Relocate:
