The Fairfield by Marriott/ Hotel Northampton is seeking a Night Auditor for our front desk. This person is responsible for customer service, front desk operations, cashiering, and end-of-day tasks.

Night Auditor Responsibilities:
Represent the hotel to guests in a professional manner.

Cordially answer the phones and forward calls to the appropriate departments.

Night Auditor Requirements & Qualifications:
Attention to detail

A friendly and welcoming demeanor.

Commitment to a high standard of customer service at all times; at least 1 year of customer service experience is preferred.

Experience working in a hotel and/or education in the field of hospitality preferred.

Familiarity with FOSSE property management system and Marriott Bonvoy preferred.

Ability to clearly present information to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization in a friendly and professional fashion.

Computer fluency and familiarity with Windows operating systems.

Ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

**Job Types**: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
