Patient Ambassador

**Patient Ambassador - We are seeking a friendly, outgoing, upbeat Guest Services Rep to work at a medical facility in Northampton, MA.**
**We operate 7 Days a week 7 am-3 pm, 3 pm - 11 pm, and 11 pm - 7 am.**

**This posting is for a full-time staff member to work 11 pm-7 am shifts. An exact schedule for which nights can be discussed.**

Some of the responsibilities of the ambassador include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Provide a warm welcome and directions to arriving customers.
- Provide wheelchair assistance and transport services into the medical facility.
- Help patients find parking and help with wayfinding into the facility.
- When not transporting patients the patient ambassador will position themselves outside the two main entrances to the facility to greet arriving patients.

**$17.50 base pay to start.**

**Paid sick/vacation time available, Health/Dental insurance available for FT after 90 days (50/50 split), 401k available after one year.**

- **All employees are hired on a 30-day trial period. If during that time the employee does not perform their duties to the satisfaction of management, they can be terminated without cause**:
