**PURPOSEFULL LIVING COORDINATOR - INDEPENDENT LIVING**

**Position Summary**

The PurposeFULL Living Coordinator in Crescent Heights assists with Resident engagement programs offered. This position participates in planning, developing, organizing, implementing, and evaluating programs.

**Hours**: Part-Time 20

**Job Specific Duties**
- Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. _
- Assists in developing, implementing and participating in programs to enhance the Resident experience
- Responsible for ordering flowers, being the liaison with the Flower Group, gathering old and distributing new flower arrangements weekly
- Interviews Residents to learn past and present preferences, and interests, by conducting focus groups and written surveys
- Provides program support, including audiovisual needs
- Maintains professional competence to ensure high quality programming
- Participates in orientation of new Team Members and new Residents
- Supports weekly Bridge Game
- Produces and distributes monthly birthday cards
- Attends meetings and supports work of Resident Committees as assigned
- Works with PurposeFULL Living team to support all events in the monthly highlights
- Creates Touchtown slides and updates the bulletin boards daily
- Performs administrative requirements, such as ordering supplies, proofing publications, and completing necessary forms as needed
- Researches trips and programs
- Shares resources and skills with all communities at North Hill as appropriate
- Provides caring, thoughtful and engaging service at all times
- Communicates any challenges, complaints or service difficulties to immediate supervisor
- Meets department uniform, appearance and grooming requirements
- Complies with all OSHA safety regulations, local applicable laws regarding health, safety or environment

**Education and Experience**
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Maintains First Aid, CPR and other certifications and trainings
- 2 years’ experience in senior living or hospitality setting preferred
