Clubhouse Attendant

**Job Function/Purpose**:
Clubhouse Attendant Position

**Responsibilities**:
**Inside Duties**
- Basic Cleaning - Sweeping, Dusting, vacuuming, Mopping.
- Bathrooms - Cleaning, Stocking, Disinfecting, Using cleaning Chemicals.
- Trash Removal - Empty trash cans, transport trash to outside dumpster.
- Moving & stacking tables & chairs for civic events
- Cleaning windows (interior and exterior)
- Using a hand truck
- Décor - Decorating, hanging, re-arranging.

**Exterior Duties**
- Cleaning and organizing the pool deck.
- Operating a leaf blower
- Distributing dog waste bags and disposing of waste bag containers
- Delivering fresh water to the dog park
- Operating a Golf/Utility vehicle
- Using basic hand tools - Shovel, hammer, screwdrivers, paintbrush, etc.
- Drive grounds, basic trouble identification (irrigation or damage)
- Checking pool temperatures and documenting.

**Administration Duties**
- Assigning barcodes and key fobs
- Phones - Taking messages, Texting.
- Operating a copier
- Data Entry (familiar with MS word/excel/outlook)
- Interact with residents and visitors verbally.
- Accepting deliveries
- Filing, organizing, stacking
- Opening, closing and ensuring offices are secure.
- Accurate record Keeping including hours worked.

Must be able to work 29 hours per week.

**These Duties are not all-inclusive. Other duties maybe assigned based on clubhouse management or community needs.
