Front Office Manager

Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage all front office operations including reservations, check-ins, and check-outs
- Ensure smooth communication between guests and staff for exceptional customer service
- Supervise front desk staff and provide training as needed
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction throughout their stay
- Conduct night audits and manage billing processes
- Maintain knowledge of hotel amenities, local attractions, and events to assist guests effectively
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in a medical office setting preferred, High School Diploma required.
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills, Bilingual preferred.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using phone systems and Microsoft office.
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
- Knowledge of front office procedures: Verifying Insurance, Making appointments, etc.
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
