- **Compensation Package**_
- Pay rates starting between _$20-$22 _per hour based on previous experience with Residential and Commercial service work
- Weekly Pay, receive your paycheck via direct deposit every Friday morning, just in time for the weekend
- 401K with Company Match, available after three months of employment
- Work Referral Bonus
- **Expectations**_
- Repair/Install/Maintain electrical equipment in residential and commercial settings
- Inspect premises, diagnose electrical issues, and find solutions
- Ensure a positive customer experience
- Perform work with **Quality** as top priority
- Ability to work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoors in all climates
- Perform thorough site cleanup
- **Requirements**_
- Stay up to date and in compliance with the National Electric Code
- Maintain current TDLR Apprentice License, we can help you with getting this
- Excellent customer service, punctuality, and professionalism
- Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities
- Quick, sound decision-making abilities
- Strong verbal and written communications
- Must be able to climb ladders, work at heights, and able to carry 50 lbs

**Salary**: $20-$22 per hour
