**What You Will Contribute**:

- Lead and assist in the preparation of annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes.
- Build and maintain financial models to support decision-making across the organization.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of financial plans with strategic objectives.
- Lead and support the monthly financial planning process, including variance analysis, management reporting, and planning platform management.
- Provide training and support on best practices and process workflow updates, including preparing desktop procedures for end users.
- Drive improvements in financial processes, systems, and reporting capabilities to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

**Qualifications & Competencies**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. CPA, CMA, MBA or advanced degree/professional certification is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in manufacturing or distribution environment.
- IBM Planning Analytics / TM1 modeling or administration a plus, but not required.
- In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial statement analysis, and management reporting.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to lead financial planning processes independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a goal-oriented mindset.
