St. Mary's Bank is looking to fill a Member Contact Center Representative Position.
While demonstrating organizational excellence, this position will provide "best-in-market" service to members on deposit and loan productions/services via face to face and/or over the phone.
- Achieving deposit and loan production goals as measured by sales reports;
- Maintaining loan and deposit account relationships be meeting and exceeding member expectations as measured in member feedback and satisfaction surveys;
- Processing transactions while adhering to balancing guidelines as measured by production reports;
- Providing guidance to Electronic Banking Products & Services (i.e., Online Banking, Bill Pay, Mobile Banking, etc.) as measured by observation, member feedback and call recordings;
- Ensuring compliance by completing work accurately as measured by events reporting.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of an Associate's degree or equivalent required
- One year experience as a customer service representative with a financial institution
- Knowledge of deposit and loan products to include proven track record in consumer loan origination, sales and member service
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to effectively communicate via telephone by speaking professionally at all times
- Computer proficiency to include bank systems, word-processing, spreadsheets and data base software
- Microsoft experience preferred
- Must be able to remain sitting for extended periods of time
