**Job Title: Commercial Analytics Specialist - Claims Industry**

**Job Overview**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze Claims Data: Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets related to claims processing, including but not limited to claims volume, trends, patterns, and performance metrics.
- Data Visualization: Develop interactive and insightful data visualizations, dashboards, and reports using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms to effectively communicate findings to internal teams and clients.
- Reporting: Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports summarizing key insights, trends, and KPIs related to claims operations, customer behavior, and financial performance.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with cross-functional teams including claims operations, underwriting, sales, and marketing to understand business requirements, gather feedback, and support decision-making processes.
- Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to enhance data collection methods, reporting processes, and analytical tools to drive efficiency and accuracy.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to internal teams on data analysis tools and techniques, promoting data literacy and self-service analytics capabilities.
- Communication: Effectively communicate complex analytical concepts and findings to non-technical audiences, including senior management, clients, and business partners.

Qualifications:
Experience in Immunology Therapeutic Area is must.
Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
Proven experience in commercial analytics, preferably in the insurance or claims industry.
Strong proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
Experience with statistical analysis and predictive modeling techniques.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience in claims data analysis or insurance analytics is a plus.

**Job Type**: Contract

Pay: $60.00 - $62.00 per hour

Work setting:
