ERA Behavioral Solutions, Inc. is currently seeking caring and enthusiastic individuals to work with children diagnosed with Autism and other developmental disabilities. We provide extensive job training to all our employees and _**do not require any experience, license or certification **_to get started. - **Pay Rate**:_

$20.00 to $26.00 per hour
- **Requirements - Entry Level**:_
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to work part-time on at least 3 weekdays (3pm-8pm)
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to provide negative TB test results
- Ability to pass FBI & DOJ fingerprinting
- **Responsibilities/Duties**:_
- Provide one-on-one ABA interventions in various settings (in child's home, center-based, and/or school setting)
- Implement behavior intervention plans under the mentorship of BCBA supervisors
- Collect and record data based on client behavior to demonstrate client progress in reaching goals in place
- Ethical conduct and utilize discretion when handling confidential information
- **Preferences/Advantages**:_
- Exposure to individuals with Autism through family, friends, or work experience is a plus
- Currently enrolled in university within psychology or related fields **or** graduated from university with a psychology (or related) degree
- Fluent in **Spanish** or **Armenian**:

- You enjoy working with children and young adults
- You’re creative, kind, hard-working, and patient
- You can help children achieve their learning goals
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), Board Certified Autism Technician (BCAT), Applied Behavior Analysis Technician (ABAT), or Senior Behavior Therapist (2 years of experience in ABA) is a plus **But NOT required.**
