**JOB DESCRIPTION**
The Portfolio Management Center (PMC) is the unit responsible for servicing defaulted Business Banking credit lines and loans, which may include litigation or non-litigation recovery and collections strategies to resolve the debt.

**Job responsibilities**:

- Preparing/reviewing sworn document and supporting packages
- Collaborate closely with in-house counsel, LOB litigation managers and officers when required
- Review documents for redaction to ensure accuracy
- Manage daily workload; prioritize accounts accordingly to ensure SLA is met
- Coordinate and lead projects on process improvements, or other projects as required

**Required qualification, capabilities and skills**:

- Strong knowledge of commercial loan documentation, notes, security agreements, guaranties
- Business Banking experience helpful
- Strong interpersonal skills to build and foster relationships
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to manage competing priorities
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail oriented; proofreading skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

**Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills**:

- Prefer 3+ years of experience in a collections/loss mitigation environment
- Background with preparation and review of legal documents preferred
