As a Special Credits Analyst I in Collections Litigation Doc Prep Team, you will play a crucial role in performing critical tasks throughout the sworn document process. You will have the opportunity to frequently collaborate with our in-house counsel, officers, and LOB management on litigation cases, and delve into case notes to understand business relationships. Your familiarity with business banking, loan documentation, and the litigation process will be highly valued. You will be actively engaged with business process and collection litigation functions within our Business Banking Managed Assets, Special Credits, and Recovery departments, providing you with a diverse and enriching work experience.

Job responsibilities:

Preparing/reviewing sworn document and supporting packages  Collaborate closely with in-house counsel, LOB litigation managers and officers when required Review documents for redaction to ensure accuracy Manage daily workload; prioritize accounts accordingly to ensure SLA is met Coordinate and lead projects on process improvements, or other projects as required

Required qualification, capabilities and skills:

Strong knowledge of commercial loan documentation, notes, security agreements, guaranties Business Banking experience helpful Strong interpersonal skills to build and foster relationships Excellent organizational skills, ability to manage competing priorities Analytical and problem-solving skills Detail oriented; proofreading skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:

Prefer 3+ years of experience in a collections/loss mitigation environment Background with preparation and review of legal documents  Business Banking experience
