Customer Service Representative

**Position Summary**

Perform duties to provide customer service to promote good will and improve sales.

**What You'll Do**:
1. Provide customer service by answering phones, quoting prices, checking inventory, taking and confirming orders, tracking delivery and order status, expediting delivery, and resolving routine complaints or problems.

2. Performs data of enter new orders into system, and modify, expedite, cancel, or confirm existing orders in accordance with standard procedures. Prepare invoices and packing slips.

3. Receive incoming faxes and distribute to appropriate persons.

4. Keep up-to-date on new products and sales promotions.

5. Maintain office and customer files.

**Supervisory Responsibilities**: There are no supervisory responsibilities for this position.

**Work Environment**: Office Environment.

**Physical Demands**:The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.

**Position Type and Expected Hours of Work**:This is a full-time position.

Monday - Friday 8:30AM-5:00PM

**Travel**: There is no travel associated with this position.

**Required Education and Experience**: High School Degree or Equivalent; One year experience.
