Who You Are:
Adaptable to ever changing business environments and departmental need changes as well as inter departmental. Great listener and excellent communicator. This position is an hourly Non-Exempt position and will report directly to the Customer Service Manager.
What You Will Be Doing:
Answer telephones to provide information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals.
Operate office equipment such as fax machines, scanners & copiers, and use computers for spreadsheet, word processing, database management, and other applications.
Keep track of daily deliveries & invoice completed routes
Create PO’s, File & Track PO’s and collaborate with Accounts Payable on POs as needed
Invoice Orders, SNI, Credits and Kwik Tags
Enter and confirm customer orders as the they come in or as requested.
Skills You Bring:
Proven working experience in office setting.
Must be able to multi-task, be organized, efficient, and accurate.
Must have excellent communication (written and oral), interpersonal, conflict management, and time management skills.
Experienced user of Microsoft Office suite.
Listening skills and data collection with attention to detail are essential.
