**Job Summary**

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Coordinate and manage executive calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Anticipate and prioritize scheduling conflicts, ensuring efficient use of executive time.
- Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Organize and prepare materials for executive meetings. Attend meetings, ensuring timely follow-up on action items. Plan, organize and oversee all executive functions including customer site-visits, dinner meetings and other types of professional entertainment functions.
- Arrange complex travel itineraries, including flights, accommodation, and ground transportation both domestically and internationally. Manage expenses and budgets accordingly.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

**Requirements**:
**Education**
- Associates degree or higher; Bachelor's degree in business related field is strongly preferred

**Experience**
- At least 3 yrs experience supporting an executive team including C-Suite
- Experience using MS Office Suite 365 is required, familiarity with software systems such as Salesforce and travel-related platforms is strongly preferred

- Excellent Oral and written communication skills and ability to quickly build relationships with internal team and external partners.
