**Hospice RN 7 On 7 Off**

Due to growth, we are seeking to hire a full-time RN to cover one full week -Monday to Thursday. 4:30-8:30 Hours ; Friday 4:30PM to Monday 830 AM. You will work seven (7) days straight starting Monday, then seven days off.

Care Hospice service patients in facilities and home visits. This role will consist of evening admissions, seeing declining patients, taking after hour calls / visits in conjunction with completing chart audits within facilities ie; review of orders, verifying all required reports and orders are in the chart and reporting all missing charts with resolution.

**Requirements**:

- Licensed Indiana Registered Nurse, RN is required
- Hospice experience is required
- Able to travel our service areas to accommodate patient needs
- CPR - American Heart Association or the American Red Cross
- Electronic documentation experience is required
- Must be able to complete orientation in our Carmel office

Pay: $82,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
