Job Title: Front Desk Agent
Summary: The Front Desk Agent is responsible for giving a warm welcoming first impression, ensuring all guest's needs are met, anticipating needs, responding to all guest requests and inquiries expediently, and ensuring a positive guest experience from beginning to end. We are looking for energetic, outgoing individuals who can work in a fast-paced team environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
- Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
- Smile and greet guests with a warm welcome
- Be knowledgeable about all hotel facilities and hours of operations
- Be knowledgeable of all events and functions throughout the resort
- Willing to go above and beyond to make sure guests' expectations are met
- Work with multiple departments such as Food and Beverage, Concierge, Rec Center, etc. to make sure guests needs are being met.
- Perform daily Front Desk tasks such as charging guests' reservations, contacting guests’ pre and post-stay, responding to guests promptly, etc.
- Prepare for the day ahead, return guests' gifts, and doggy goodie bags, know the hotel inventory and price points, etc.
- Direct guests around the property
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills
- Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Must be able to work within a team
- Must possess computational ability
- Flexibility to work with varying schedules including days, and nights (no overnights), weekends and holidays
Pay: From $17.50 per hour
