Job Summary:
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm normally, some later nights as needed at EOM.

Compensation and Benefits:
This is a full-time hourly position with a competitive hourly wage of $18 to $20, paid semi-monthly. **Responsibilities**:

- Process invoices and prepare billing statements for customers in a timely manner
- Verify the accuracy of all billing data and correct any discrepancies
- Monitor and track payments received, follow up with customers as needed
- Generate and distribute monthly and quarterly financial reports relating to billing and accounts receivable
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of billing and payment transactions
- Work with internal departments and external vendors to resolve billing issues
- Prepare and submit documentation for banking transactions
- Perform other accounting duties as assigned by the Office Manager

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent, some college or an Associate's degree in accounting or finance preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in a billing or accounting role in the automotive industry highly desirable
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
- Familiarity with accounting software and dealership management systems preferred
- Ability to uphold standards of confidentiality and discretion
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and procedures
- Excellent communication and customer service skills

Must be able to pass a pre employment background check and drug screen (not including THC).

Must have a valid AZ driver's license and a good driving record.
