**Job Summary and Qualifications - PRN NIGHTS**:

- We are seeking a PBX Operator to provide exceptional customer service for the hospital while performing switchboard activities.
- You will work with a phenomenal team that cares like family and works together in a collaborative manner.

What will you do in this role?
- Greet callers with hospitality and professionalism
- Route incoming calls
- Operate the public address system

What qualifications will you need?
- High School Diploma or equivalent is needed
- Prior customer service or telephone experience is preferred

HCA Florida Lake City Hospital is a 103-bed acute care hospital. For over 60 years, we have served Columbia, Hamilton, and Suwannee counties and surrounding communities.
