**Company Description**:
MGR Property Management is a large management company in Southern California managing HOAs, residential, and commercial properties. MGR is a family owned and operated business since 1983 with a strong and diverse team reaching from Barstow to San Diego.

**Job Role and Duties**:

- Entering detailed notes and information about conversations, appointments, etc. for appropriate tracking in our software
- Scheduling appointments and showing vacancies to interested parties
- Correspond with Property Managers regarding any general questions or concerns with the vacancies
- Draft lease agreements and ensure that any needed items for the approved applicants are prepared for them at the time of their move-in
- Complete Holding Deposit Agreements
- Float to properties with the largest need for leasing support
- Continuously follow up interested applicants
- Assist with any other administrative/leasing related tasks and items needed

**Requirements**:
The Leasing Agent is required to be attentive to the applicants' needs and advertising the property. The individual must have:

- Ability to multi-task between several ongoing interested applicants and maintain adequate notes
- Strong communication and computer skills
- Ability to visit various properties for their showings

**Schedule**:

- Leasing Agent is needed on Sunday and Monday's for a lease-up at a new development in Fontana, CA
- Additional days required to visit other properties

**Software**:

- Yardi Voyager
- Rent Cafe CRM

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
