Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and organized Treatment Coordinator to join our team. As a Treatment Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our medical facility. Your primary responsibilities will include scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and providing exceptional customer service. Duties: - Schedule patient appointments and maintain the appointment calendar - Coordinate with medical staff to ensure efficient patient flow - Greet patients and provide excellent customer service - Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner - Collect and update patient information in the electronic medical records system - Verify insurance coverage and assist patients with billing inquiries - Maintain confidentiality of patient information and adhere to HIPAA regulations - Assist with medical record management, including filing, scanning, and organizing documents - Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure smooth clinic operations Qualifications: - Previous experience in medical administrative support or related field preferred - Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail - Knowledge of medical scheduling systems and phone systems preferred - Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems, such as Epic, is a plus Note: This is a paid position. **Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 per week
