Compensation & Benefits:
This is a Full Time position with a salary of $17.5 per hour, paid biweekly. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and a retirement savings plan.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist clients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Administer medications per care plan and record any observations or changes in client's condition
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients
- Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping tasks
- Communicate regularly with care team and document any changes or concerns in client's condition
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety protocols
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance caregiving skills

**Requirements**:

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare or caregiving setting
- Home Care Aide certification or willingness to obtain certification within 3 months of hire
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening
- Ability to effectively communicate with clients, families, and care team
- Compassionate and patient demeanor with a strong desire to help others
