We are currently looking for dedicated professionals to fill the position of Home Health Aide, Caregivers and CNA on our home care team.
We are looking for individuals
Caregiver Qualifications:
2+ years as a HHA/Caregiver in the home care sector.
High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
Able to lift 50+ lbs
Registered on the IDPH caregiver registry
Essential Functions:
Be responsible for basic care services such as bathing, grooming and feeding, assisting clients with medical equipment, and medication reminders.
Providing vital information on clients through Clear Care.
Assist clients in activities of daily living
Document care provided
Provide care and compassion to foster the client’s physical and emotional well-being
